The hotel itself is very clean and has nice amenities, however it was not clear that the parking was not free. We arrived at night time and there were no clear signs that we had to pay for parking. The only way to pay was to scan a QR code that was posted on a sign that was not obvious, especially at night. Upon checking in, the staff at front desk did not ask if we parked in the lot. The next morning I found a paper on my car warning to pay to avoid any inconvenience. It was about $25 per night. I was not expecting this added expense.

My two teen daughters and I stayed here for one night and were glad we did! Lovely lobby, helpful staff, spotless and spacious room and the newly renovated space felt fresh and clean. Really appreciated the lack of carpet. We will be back!

We just needed a spot to sleep before our early flight, but this hotel was honestly a breath of fresh air. Beds are soft, clean and rooms are spacious. We had 5 in our party and did a two queen room which included a long chaise lounger. It was perfect for our party- with room to spare. The staff is incredible, and extremely accommodating. Great spot!

It was an okay stay. When checking in, staff wasn’t very helpful, no directions to the room. I asked another employee outside for help and she was towards the back of the building smoking marijuana, panicked a little when she saw me and told me to ask the front desk for help. The shower walls had hairs. Other than that, it was an okay stay.

The hotel looks like an IKEA inside and out. The property is on the corner of a large office park across from the Metrolink. A standard room is a good size for two people but would be tight for a larger group. Beds were not especially comfortable. The insulation between rooms and floors is terrible. We could hear our neighbors’ entire conversation and they weren’t shouting or anything, and it sounded like there were 800 lb toddlers above us. The on-site dining is not very good. Service overall was pretty spotty - several times I entered the lobby and there were no employees in sight. There is plenty of parking available but $24 a day for an uncovered parking lot is crazy. The property is fairly clean, but certain things like bathroom air vents that are thick with dust and chips in the sofa cushions indicate that there isn’t a lot of care put into actual cleaning.
