I was disappointed that I stayed for 2 days and never got any housekeeping on my 2nd day. I have never stated a property that I paid nearly $200 a night and did not have someone come in and refresh my towels and coffee and tea amenities and this front desk claim that I had to ask for it... I couldn't believe it.

Hotel is very nice, lobby is beautiful and clean. Rooms are clean and pillows and mattresses are locked with covers. You can’t remove them and I’m assuming the plastic coverings help keep out bedbugs, etc. the room was very clean. Some issues: the bathroom light is an auto light that turns on when you walk into the bathroom, however it came on randomly in the middle of the night several times during our stay, waking us at night. The shower door kept sliding open when showering and wouldn’t stay closed. Also, our little closet door had a rail bent or something because it was very difficult to open the closet door and impossible to open it fully. I also don’t know why they charge for parking. Should be included in the stay. I knew this ahead of time but hotel options were slim. The TV situation is nice and you can cast streaming devices few. Your phone to the TV. Overall a nice stay, just some minor inconveniences.

This was a beautiful hotel and clean. The area around is nice and safe and shopping and food was near by. When checking in, the hotel lobby was loud since their bar is right there. But it quiet down towards later in the day. Their outside space is beautiful.

Other than a few gripes, this place is great! New, clean, nice, comfy, convenient. Really happy with it overall. What bummed me out where: no free coffee for guests (ie in the lobby/restaurant), they only give you nasty Keurig in your room. A place like this should really make coffee for their guests. Also, it's absurd how much they charge for parking--absurd. Also, the thermostat does a horrible *click click click* every ten minutes--super annoying. But like I said, those are all minor things. Overall the place was really good.

We loved this hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful, parking was convenient and the hotel room itself was really nice. We will definitely stay here again when we’re in the area would definitely recommend for couples solo travelers or business trips. Not sure about families, but the hotel is super nice. Great value also.
