All in the property is new and very clean and in a good safe location and you can park your car right in front of the hotel (for a charge ~$25). This was our second time staying here for local college drop off. This time however our neighbors in the room next to us had their TV so loud we could hear in our room and in the AM around 6:30 played very loud dance music. Even with earplugs I could hear the music and couldn't sleep. The rooms are very clean, large, and very comfortable but it's unfortunate they are not more sound proof.

Room was comfortable, big and quiet. The only thing I would recommend is more in the in the entry way. The have a full length mirror but no light. It’s dark to do you make up. I had to do my make up the the bathroom and still lighting was not good. Besides that everything was great.

I planned a trip to Universal Studios with my family. This hotel is 15-20 mins away, decent rates, the staff was great and I loved the whole interior/exterior design. The AC is a bit noisy but it was a life saver during summer weather. Highly recommended.

VERY new property. A little confusing streets around hotel until you get used to it. Top condition everything, staff friendly, nice layout. Downside for me is needs more lighting in room, NOT a fan of the sliding doors to bathroom, everything else great.
