when i tried to check in they told me I wasn't 21 and wasn't allowed to check in unless we had some one over 21 years of age. Now this is fine however the service the front desk person portrayed is unacceptable, not only was she rude she said she would put in a refund in place and lied to us saying it would be over night and then she said 5 business days. To this day i still haven't got my refund and I don't think i'll ever stay at a Cambria Hotel again after this.

Only had to stay overnight, but not much to say for now. It’s a newly opened hotel. The room we stayed in was clean. Would probably come back and stay longer. It’s nice that it is close to the airport.

Great stay close to universal studios. Clean room, air con worked well. Bathroom was spacious, bed was comfortable. Only thing that could be improved is the customer service. Minimal interaction when in lobby - arriving and leaving.
