We stayed for 4 nights for moving our son to UCLA. The first night was rough due to no aircon but the hotel staff upgrade us to a nicer room the next morning. There was no other issue for the rest of my stay. Staff was nice and responsive.

Having a fridge, microwave, and coffee/tea maker was very convenient. Being within walking distance of a Ralph's supermarket was helpful. Very nice bright colors in the room. Be prepared to pay $38.50 /day for valet parking; didn't seem to be any available parking around the hotel.

Very clean, the room is very spacious they have most of the amenities you will need inside the room. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed when visiting my daughter at UCLA. Will definitely stay here again.

Street noise was a negative and the room has black out blinds but the curtains (which would decrease the street noise) had been removed and the curtain rods were present with empty hooks and no curtains.

Loved this little hotel The Staff was super nice and the room was small cute and “boujee” I tend to always stay in 5 start hotels but since this time it was a last minute reservation for the night I decided to give it a try For me and my children And we loved it and they TV has more than just 20 channels they have Direct TV ! I would totally stay there again Small parking lot but it’s Valet Parking which is super awesome

The hotel is clean and staff is great. But they need to upgrade and add breakfast options. Possibly a pool also and shouldn’t charge an arm and leg for parking.
