Hello citizen Fatbardha, Thanks for your review, we're really happy that you enjoyed the hotel and our friendly staff. Our rooms are compact, but we decided on functionality over space to ensure our rooms are full of the essentials and our XL beds are super comfy. For this reason we have designed our large living rooms, so guests can come down and enjoy the cool space. DTLA does have a homeless population and we are doing our best to support those organisations that provide help to these people. We look forward to having you stay with citizenM again soon.
