Loved Citizen M establishment, clean, great helpful staff, good breakfast, building locks front door by 8 p.m. - for safty reasons, use your hotel room card key fror reentry to hotel. Surrounding Area is very sketchy, lots of homeless people- which doesn't bothers me - its just when theyre drugged up & that can be dangerous. I will like to try another Citizen M establishment in the future. ~ M J

Great Hotel , stuff needs Customer sevice training
Although the hotel has a nice theme and eco-friendly, this stuff needs adequate training for customer service, especially the ones behind the counter. I have a bad experience with one stuff member when she gave me my luggage in safe. No proper use of communication nor body language.

Great for solo traveling!
Really enjoyed my 3-night stay at this hotel. Usually overlook small rooms because I love having more space, but decided to take a chance and try out staying here. I actually really liked the small room! It was clean and cozy. Loved the location. Close to convenient metro stations and bus stops. The staff was very friendly too. Looking forward to staying at more Citizen M hotels!
