Had to pay an additional $160 just cause the lady at the front didn’t recognize that I used Expedia. Parking was a joke. Had to pay to park in the parking garage across the street on the 6th floor. Obviously no free breakfast.

Usually double tree has higher rates in comparison with other hotels and for me even that the rate is kind of high i needed to pay the overnight parking and the breakfast was not included

Despite all the bad views, I found this to be a good hotel. I was a little scared to stay there because of all the bad reviews but thankfully, it was a good stay. Was picked up by hotel transportation within 15 minutes. It was nice and clean. The area was good. The only downside is the bed frames are very sharp, so be careful walking around them. My daughter sliced her leg open by hitting her leg on the frame trying to walk around the bed as that there was no plastic cover on the bed frame ends, it was just the metal. Also in my room could have used better lighting in the bathroom over the toilet area. However, I did have a good stay there besides, my daughter hurting her leg.

Quiet and comfortable
Super easy check in and helpful staff at reception. Hotel was comfortable and quiet. One improvement would be to respond to messages on hotels.com or to send details of where to pick up the free shuttle with the reservation.
