I had to change rooms 3 times to get hot water and appropriate air. In the 3rd room the shower handle on the door fell off. The remote controls were extremely dirty in 2 rooms. Random strands of hair. Overall poor experience and would not recommend!

While I was there one of the guests was very rude and vulgar to the gentleman who was checking me in. The Double Tree employee stayed professional the entire time. Hats off to that young man. You guys have a very special employee.

My drapes were dirty and stained, and the bed was okay, but the linen was pretty thin and low quality. The staff was the best though, and really made sure you were care of!
