I stayed here with my family. We really like this hotel, room was nice, and breakfast included, food was great. One thing we didn’t like about pool area, limited towels and very small size of hot tub, many people coming but no space in hot tub

The property did not have my reservation when I arrived to check in. They said that Expedia never sent over the reservation. They were out of 2 queen bed rooms and offered a king with a pull out sofa which is exactly what I wanted to avoid. My next option was to choose another hotel in the area. They said another guest had the same issue that evening. I was very annoyed and very tired at that point. Not in the mood to deal with this. Very inconvenient.

The complimentary breakfast and Happy hour was great, lots of options and good food! Staff was polite and responsive! My only complaint would be the housekeeping, I had to ask for supplies 3 times during our 6 night stay after our room had been cleaned. Do they not have a checklist so they don't forget certain things? All together I had to ask for hand towels, kleenex, cups, glasses, coffee, tea, cream, conditioner and toilet paper.
