We only had a short overnight stay but we did enjoy the option of the larger family suites and the included morning buffet. I will say that the pull out couch was quite uncomfortable for an adult but was fine for my smaller children.

Nice stay at Embassy Suites near LAX.

Service and friendliness of staff was excellent. Room was nice. Beds were OK. Parking was expensive - $50 per day. Breakfast was great. Indoor pool was really fun. We had a wonderful stay.

We love Embassy suites, they never disappoint! Stayed at one a couple of years ago in Downey, CA and it was exquisite! The style, the breakfast, the big rooms, a balcony to get some fresh air. One of the few that have an eggs made to order.

Located near other hotels and places to eat. The hotel itself was clean. The shuttle bus drivers are nice and friendly. It was nice staying with LAFD and EMS due to their service of fighting the wildfires. They send a text message to check on you at the beginning of your stay but not at the middle or at the end. Phone was broken, could not call for room service or towel service, they do not have a shuttle bus schedule but a range of 15 mins to 30 mins but nothing definitive. The breakfast was good. The hotel itself could use a bit more light. Overall, it was cool. We were safe.

Overall had a positive experience. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. Service was attentive and friendly, making the stay even more enjoyable. The best part was the complimentary shuttle service to the airport, which was very convenient and efficient. However, the swimming pool area was a letdown. It was quite dirty, which detracted from what could have been a relaxing experience. If the hotel addresses this issue, it would definitely elevate the overall quality of the stay.

Rude staff - rooms dirty and smelly. Too much noise doors or windows are not sealed- you practically feel are in a place with windows open. They charge for parking …when you are staying at their property .
