We always like to stay at Embassy Suites. Their breakfast is excellent and the breakfast area is well set up and clean. The rooms are tired and dated. Could do with a revamp. Beds were not that comfortable in this hotel. We had a clogged bathroom sink when we arrived. Maintenance came out promptly and took care of that. Parking is safe and secure. The hotel location is excellent. Very close to The Getty, Griffith Observatory and Universal. Lots of restaurants near by.Walking around at night it felt well lit and safe. Pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of Glendale.

The rooms are dark and outdated, and mattresses were lumpy. However, the lobby/breakfast area was clean and updated. The complimentary breakfast was the best part of the deal. Overall a decent stay for the value, but the rooms weren't the best.

Spacious rooms, good front desk service, loved the variety of foods during the complimentary breakfast. The only thing that was tough was the parking it filled up fast and sometimes we had to go around in circles to find a spot. The pool is good to have but definitely being less than 4 foot all across was hard for adults and teens to enjoy.

Another great stay in a great place and locale.
The kids love the Koi pond. We love the breakfast and the parking. We wish the venilation in the bathrooms was better and the guide did not work on the television. Having the kids search through the channels one by one was a hassle for them. Also the first night the hot tub got a large amount of foam, presumably from detergents because it did not happen any of the other nights. Also would like a non dairy alternative for the cereal and oatmeal. I cannot do dairy for various reasons and an almond milk would be great. Juan and the omelet crew are amazing. It was a great stay and we noticed the renovations, we have been staying at the same place for 3 calendar years, they were needed.

We stayed for 3 nights and the room was decent with a good space for a family of 5. We liked the fact that it has a kitchenette and a living space area. Embassy Suites always have a good breakfast which is the highlight of our stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to a variety of restaurants and shops - including the Americana at Brand, and 15-min drive to Universal Studios. We had a pleasant stay and will surely come back to stay here again next time.
