When I got there and showed them my pre-paid reservation, they told me all of the rooms had been filled. I asked for my refund and was told someone would call me, it never happened. I should have been notified that they had given my room to someone else. This would have saved me the hour-long drive of coming to the Hotel, only to find out that I needed find another Hotel available.

If you want to stay near the airport and save money book this but don't expect anything special. It was relatively clean though the microwave looked ancient and the tub had rust. My biggest concern was that i checked in alone and later when my boyfriend joined me his key didnt work. He went to thebfront desk and told them and they just gave him 2 more keys. Without checking who he was or asking me to verify so basically any man eith my room number could have gotten keys made to my room. Scary to think of.

Extended Stay America El Segundo is the most disgusting and unsuitable location I've ever seen. My mother and I needed to stay in a hotel for two weeks because we were moving and our house won't be ready for two weeks. We originally booked a reservation at another hotel through Expedia but on the way to check in, they informed us that they did not have a room with a kitchen as what was listed on their site and in our confirmation. Expedia switched our hotel and it was the Extended Stay America El Segundo. We knew the area of El Segundo to be fairly nice especially since we used to live in Redondo beach. We had already been moving since 7am, it was about 8pm when we checked into the Extended stay. Upon arrival it looked as if only creatures of the night stayed there. A ton of unsavory characters were walking around the hotel and in the parking lot. As we were checking in, the front desk attendant had us sign a non-smoking agreement but when we entered our room, it smelt of piss and cigarettes. We politely asked for another room and the second room was even worse! It smelled better upon entering but there were stains on the walls, spiders in the bathroom and what appeared to be blood on the floor! We immediately called the front desk to come view the atrocity and the attendant Jose came and viewed the blood, stains and spiders. He said "Housekeeping must've missed that" after this we asked him to see what they could do. We immediately called Expedia for them to change our hotel

Stay was generally okay. However, there were several instances of people smoking hemp within the premises, staircase was smelling of urine. Also, provision (brooms, etc) could be made for self cleaning of the rooms as cleaning is slated for once a week

Our room was smelling like somebody has been smoking in the room and I went to the lobby to report it and ask for another room and the lady at front desk was happy to help me. To many people smoking wee around the building. If you are not in that move search for other place Great staff.
