I requested a bath tub stopper since our bathroom didn’t have one and we have a baby. It took over 2 hours and was passed the baby’s bedtime so we didn’t get it til the next day. Once we got it, I noticed the thing that hold the stopper in the tub was broken so it was useless. The room also smelled like smoke and mold. The kitchenette’s sink didn’t have hot water. Beds were in bad shape and squeaky so the baby woke up to any movement from us patents.

The hallways smell like trash and their is literally trash piles on the hallways like gross. I felt unsafe but it was too late to book another hotel just for the night and I live 2 hours away. I do not recommend I had my kids and I didn’t feel safe in this hotel at all.

Had to change rooms 2x due to clogged drain first and then bad pet urine odor. final straw was having a cockroach crawl across the floor in the last room. packed and left on 2nd day of a 4 day stay. I have to add that the management team understood our frustration and did refund our stay thru Expedia.
