If your goal is weird and noisy….
This was a weird experience. No front desk. 17 different codes to get into the building and only 1/2 of them worked. My room lock did not work with code given but I was given another code that worked. The front door gate code did not work. As for the room, it was nice, no issues, but being off the Main Street meant no good sleep. I would not recommend staying here as you have lots of other options.

Perfect for getting to and from the Hollywood Bowl! A but loud as it was close to a busy street but AC unit created white noise to deal with that. Secure and safe. Excellent staff response and support.

Great location
Note this property it's not a regular hotel, meaning no front desk or room service, you are going to get like 3 different codes to enter the facility, if you don't mind that property is nice and location is fantastic right on the heart of Hollywood, walking distance to Restaurants and entertainment

New furnishings. Room was quite noisy throughout the night due to hallway noise. The door is thin and has a large gap at the bottom so all hallway noise in the busy apartment building/hotel to enters the room.

The property is in a good location for seeing some of the key sights in LA including Hollywood and Beverly Hills. We could walk to the Hollywood Bowl. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. The room was large and very clean. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave but there were no plates, utensils or proper cups which could easily be included. Our room was facing a busy road which was noisy and there was an alarm on in the lobby for many hours. We did not use the pool but it looked nice. I would consider staying here again if we had a room further away from the main road.

Comfortable, well appointed, love the in-room laundry and great communication prior to arrival. Really appreciated the early check-in they were able to accommodate this time around. Had some issues but the room was nice.
Room was very nice. There was a charge that was not supposed to happen but when i asked about it the refunded it right away. The parking situation is not great they send you to a parking garage that is down the street on a hill that doesnt have security. A sign with the qr code had graffity on it warning you not to park due to break ins and no security. We did not get an access code to the pool but probably could have it asked. Beds were very hard but the room was very nice. I would stay again if i didnt have my car.

I am giving this a low rating due to false advertising. THIS WAS NOT A HOTEL. IT WAS AN AIRBnB. The quality/ services/ amenities of the room was NOT at a hotel level at all. The room was at best a cheaply renovated room. It was clean as were the towels. There was no one readily available for questions/concerns as with an actual hotel. Just a chat. I would say if I were reserving an air bnb, I would give this a good rating. But given I thought I reserved a hotel room….NO! I didn’t get a hotel level of quality or service.

Hotel?
It was a nice place but don’t let the hotel in the name fool you. There’s no check in desk no staff. Pretty much just a studio rental in and apartment complex. It’s was clean but the floors could be mopped better. Kitchen has just about everything you needed. Sleeps well. But if you’re looking for traditional hotel amenities I don’t think you’ll find it here.
