Manager is not responsive, breakfast is expensive with no gluten free options, charges and credits that are on the checkout receipt are random numbers. I had two stays in four month and never got the money back that was credited. The property is clean and good location.

Property was nice overall, and the rooms were nice and had a large TV. They said they have a restaurant but it seemed more like a bar so my family ended up walking to the mall across the street and eating there. The pool was large, but a little too cold to enjoy, not there fault we tried swimming around 9pm. You have to pay for parking but I felt like my vehicle was safe. This was also easy access to the freeway.

I liked this hotel. The staff were kind and professional. My room was small, but very clean and comfortable. There were some annoyances that kept me from giving it an excellent rating though: the coffee maker in my room did not work. I had an early morning, so that was a bummer. The soap dispenser on the bathroom sink was so low, I had to get soap from the shower whenever I needed to wash my hands, and I was unable to close the blackout blind on my window. Overall though, I was comfortable & able to get a good night’s sleep. Would very possibly stay there again if these details were addressed.

I feel the rates of rooms are too high for the condition they are in. They need slightly updating if the price is not wanting to be adjusted. Outside of that the stay was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast food was excellent.
