I checked in and upon entering the room I went into the bathroom and the bathroom was dirty. The tub was backed up with water coming from the toilet! I immediately calle the front desk and got no answer. I went down and the front desk agent said she had NO other rooms and that the tub wouldn’t be fixed until the next morning. I left this place and asked for a refund. I am still waiting for a response. I couldn’t stay at a place with no functioning toilet or tub!!!! Just a horrible experience. The front desk agent doesn’t have customer service skills, she just said I don’t have any other rooms we are sold out. How am I expected to stay and pay for a room that doesn’t even have a working toilet or shower/tub. I just want a refund.

Easy and fast access to highway. The place was quiet, easy onsite parking, close to restaurants and store (walkable distance some places). Nice plus: always available hot tea and coffee next to the front desk.

Average-AC in the room sounded like a jet taking off. One bedside lamp had a broken switch - asked front desk to fix it. We were there two nights and they didn’t fix or replace it. Otherwise, ok place.

During our stay, we noticed a couple of areas for improvement. Upon arrival, staff were busy on a break, which resulted in a 15-minute wait check-in. Once we reached our room and returned half an hour later, we observed a spill on the floor from a trash bag that had been carried out. Thankfully, no one was affected. Additionally, we found the pillows to be quite flat, which led to some neck discomfort. We also noticed long black hair in both the bathtub and sink. We appreciate your attention to these matters to enhance the guest experience.
