The front desk associate was very sympathetic about the situation but the room are disgusting its a literal HOtel! I came with my babies and expected better. There was pee on the toilet. Makeup on the pillows and towels. The mattress literally had a hole in it. I was showed 3 different rooms and settled for the last one because I wasn’t able to book somewhere else in the timeframe i was looking for. Do not booking here its disgusting.
I arrived and was assigned room a room and the desk clerk stated "jiggle the key card around and it'll work." After about 10 minutes of that, I returned to let her know the key card was not opening the door after jiggles. I was then given another room which opened immediately without a problem.
I went to the ice machine and there was a huge sign on it which stated BROKEN OUT OF SERVICE, so I had no ice. I have frequented this place a few times and that sign's been up for over a year now.
It's ridiculous at this point to have an establishment that offers rooms with no ice and janky locks. This must improve immediately.
I went to the front desk to check out around 9 AM, no one was there. There was a sign stating BE BACK SOON. I waited and after 5 minutes. I knocked on the counter. No one came and I knew for sure that the door next to the office was the door to a room office staff accessed. I knocked on that door. A man opened it and yelled at me "DON'T KNOCK ON THIS DOOR! THIS ISN'T THE OFFICE THAT IS!" AS HE POINTED ANGRILY TOWARDS THE OFFICE NEXT DOOR, LOOKING DISHEVELED LIKE I'D WOKEN HIM UP FROM SLEEP. HE WAS BREATHING HEAVILY, AS IF HE WANTED TO HIT ME. HE CONTINUED AND YELLED "AGAIN DON'T KNOCK ON THIS DOOR FOR ANY REASON!" AND SCOWLED AT ME AND SLAMMED THE DOOR. NEEDLESS TO SAY, NO ONE EVER CAME TO THE OFFICE TO ASSIST ME WITH CHECKING OUT. I LEFT. And for that reason, I'll never patronize this establishment again.
