Carpets are kinda gross and rooms need a good fix up. They’ve always been very great with customer service but their rooms are lacking. Live staying here due to its great location. Just needs work

They have a beautifully updated lobby but the rooms could use some love. You can definitely tell this building was once a holiday inn. I found hair in the bathroom on the provided shampoo upon arrival . Great customer service . No real breakfast

The staff was amazing .The building it’s self looks great however the room we stayed in was outdated and didn’t have any wall sockets near the beds to plug in devices to charge.We seen a bug on the curtain that looked as if could be bed bug.We looked all over the room and reported it to staff and showed them a picture.They said they will look into it.Also, in the AM got woken up to loud drilling and banging noises.They were doing work in the rooms.Check everything before you settle in.Dont do what I did settle in then find the bug.

It is a convenient hotel right off the freeway stayed there before when it was a Days Inn, not the same now, brown water came out when I turned the water on to shower, towels looked dirty, sheets had dried blood on them. Not sure if I would stay there again. It’s too bad, that used to be a decent hotel in a nice area and close freeway access.

Not updated, but clean!
Great service! Loved the lobby and care put into decor. This is a family owned business and though some parts are not updated, perhaps even a bit run-down, we did not mind the old wallpaper or old ceilings, and had a great stay. It was very clean, the bed was comfy and the pillows were really great. The staff was accommodating and kind. We left very happy and would stay again. (We had a deluxe room on top floor. Loved the balcony and view,)
