This was our first visit to California and we were very pleased. The H Hotel was so beautiful and even had a Robot. (my favorite part) the staff was super friendly. it was spotless and the food was amazing. Andrew was great! Thank you for a wonderful Experience.

The hotel was nice. Good lighting in room and good water pressure in shower. The refrigerator was useless. No microwave. The parking was $55 a night through the hotel. Limited dining options that were also expensive.

Great hotel
Great hotel overall. Only complain would be the noise from the planes is pretty loud and could easily wake you up if you’re a light sleeper. Would suggest the hotel offer earplugs for those sensitive to the noise.

Second Time Bombed
This was the second time we had booked this hotel for attending a Chargers game at SoFi, as it is a great, nearby location. We were also celebrating our 44th wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, the second time wasn't as good as the first. Due to traffic, we arrived at the hotel later than we had hoped, but we still should've had plenty of time to make our celebration dinner reservation at Marina Del Rey. We couldn't open the door when we got to our room because the electronic battery was dead. We found this out when a housekeeper happened to pass by and she was able to confirm the issue. We had to go back to the registration desk, got the attendant's attention, and he called maintenance. We went back upstairs and waited for the maintenance guy, which wasn't long, and then he repaired the problem rather quickly, but it was hard to get ready for dinner with the maintenance guy there and the door to our room open. You would think this whole issue could've easily been avoided if the hotel service had been more efficient. I had to rush to get ready, didn't get to do my hair up, but what else??!!!! : (

Very clean, “walking distance” from the airport, had drinks and a dj on the rooftop at night with views of planes landing. I had a view of planes taking off. You can hear the planes but it wasn’t bad. No restaurants in walking distance but not far by lyfts to Target or Walmart. It’s not LALA, it’s the airport. Close to SoFi and the Forum. Car rental place is next door. Has shuttle to the airport. I would stay again. All staff was friendly.

We were disappointed to find that the service at the front desk was not up to the standard we expected, and it was not a pleasant experience. Upon our late evening arrival with numerous suitcases, we were told to find a cart ourselves. No assistance was offered, no cart was available, and the staff's lack of concern was evident. We had issues parking the car and did not know we needed the room key to enter the public parking. When we asked for an explanation at the front desk, the lady working there gave a cold, rude response, saying it was not her responsibility to offer that information and being annoyed when I asked for directions. The hotel does not provide parking but has a designated public parking area that you need a room key to enter. The hotel has one restaurant operating, one evening we asked for boiled water to make tea, and we were told they did not have it for the guests, I would not recommend staying there!

I booked two nights stay because i knew i was going to be arriving early in the morning o. The second day i only needed one night i arrived at 1130 am the morning after the first night of my reservation. They said they gave my room away and made me pay for the room again. They completely scammed me.

Parking was a bit tricky but nothing you can do about that. Very busy place with excellent rooms. larger than expected rooms and very clean. Lobby and elevators could use some attention but realize that the traffic through there is insane being an LAX Airport location.

The only requirement I had for a hotel was an LAX shuttle, and this place for the bill. But it also ended up being comfortable, clean, elegant, and within walking distance to an In-N-Out burger. We grabbed some dinner, sat on the rooftop and watched the planes land at LAX. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, convenient to airport.
We had trouble logging into wifi but Jose @ Concierge desk was very helpful since my daughter needed to log on to take a college final. Shuttle doesn't run every 15-20min like the front desk stated so plan for extra time to catch the shuttle to the airport. Otherwise, very nicely appointed!
