The staff is very friendly. My room was made up and cleaned, every day(5 nights). Thank you. My room key didn't work, twice. That was annoying. The shower's water pressure was almost non-existent. The sink's faucet leaked, when the water was running. The property needs a power wash, some window cleaner, and paint. Stat. It costs $5 a day, to park your car. However, the abandoned cars, feral cats, & the homeless stay there, for free.

Overall this is an ok spot. If your looking for a clean, safe and parking near the stadium this is the spot. Don't expect 5 star but expect a clean. Stay

Our stay was ok, the staff are nice and welcoming. The bed was on a metal frame and every time you kick it bam it would echo. The fire alarm went off at a very early time and the people above us started running around so we just got up. We probably would not stay here again. But it’s close to SoFi and it’s safe, clean and worth the price.

My husband and I stayed for just about a week! It was close to LAX which made getting there easy!! There were places within walking distance and getting around to/from other cities was convenient for our Uber drivers to get to. Would stay again if in the area!

Staff caused a flap saying crew members couldn’t check in early if not accompanied by bill payer. Pictures oversell the property. Room smelled of bad drains. Bed was a glorified z-bed. On main avenue so traffic was noisy. Very dated. Vending machine only takes cards but the card reader doesn’t work. Reception staff couldn’t have cared any less if they put any more effort into their apathy… cancelled our return transit stop next week…. Avoid unless you just need a cheap place for a layover…

I love everything about H3 Inn, easy access to parking, lobby, check in. I especially love how everyone would have to enter the building to get into the property with convenient elevators alleviate luggage carrying up to the floors. The rooms floor plan is beautiful and most of all it's very clean! Recommending this place for someone traveling coming into LAX late night as it's just around the corner or wanting to stay for the night due to early flight! If you are looking for cost efficient, clean and convenient, this is the place!

Not bad, not great.
We chose this for proximity to the Kia Forum, and I guess it was worth it just from that. You will not feel at home. Our room was non-smoking but there was still a bit of a smoking scent. Weirdly, the bed was a metal frame like made from filing cabinet material and it would make a sound with every sudden movement. So, sleeping was a little uncomfortable. Aside from the bed, the rest of the furniture needs updating. Very quiet in terms of other rooms and traffic. It's sufficient for a night of convenient stay, but nothing more. Lots of parking across the alleyway, but it felt a little sketch.

Though the property looks like it might be sketchy, it felt safe to me once I got in. The front desk person was very nice and helpful, and the room was very(!) clean. It’s a dated facility and a little run down but for the price a totally fine option for an overnight layover.
