Nice place - but shows age
Nice place with friendly staff and a decent breakfast (for this hotel standard). Overall nice property and rooms - but rooms are becoming dated and soon in need of a refurb.

Asked for a blanket because it was cold and was told they only have sheets all the blankets had been given out. Also there was 2 baby roaches running across the wall I had to kill. And whatever that top sheet was it was hard looked like an old heater sheet it had a bunch of clumps

The staff was so kind and wonderful! The room was great for my elderly mom as the Bed was low to the ground and had the handicapped shower. The room was clean. I do think it is time for Hyatt to do a refresh on the room as the carpets are a bit stained and the furniture and cabinets are a bit older looking. The grounds were pretty and I liked the gym. I loved having the two bedrooms and bathrooms as we both had our space. It is close to shopping, restaurants and interstates and public transit should you want to use it.

I use to stay at the Hilton Hotels, but their air conditioning never works well, and after reading other reviews I knew than it wasn’t just me. We stayed at the Hilton multiple times, this time we chose the Hyatt for 4 nights and it was amazing. We will be retuning in December.

I could not ask for a better place to stay. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We came in early from our flight, and we were fortunate to be able to check-in early. Parking from room to car was very convenient. Freeways, shopping, dining, and the airport were minutes away.
