They did not mention anything about it being remodeled until after the fact that we had just reserved a non refundable. Non of the amenities were available, like the Gym, restaurant, etc. Not worth the price as it is under construction and they don’t list it anywhere on the reservation website. Not happy with our stay, not coming back!

The room was beautiful, but they were renovating the lobby so I did have to wait in a weird parking garage lobby. But even that wasn’t too bad. And hopefully in the next few weeks, they will be done with renovations.

This property isn't handicap accessible, room door is heavy doesn't remain open for wheelchair. Beds barely allow wheelchair, no turn around room for wheelchair. No handicapped rooms after full remodel of rooms and no shower chair. The brought me a cloth chair with wheels to use for a shower.

When we were leaving we got in the elevator and were stuck for a little bit. I went back into the office and they told me it was inoperatable. Someone should have put signs on the elevator. I was told to go use the stairs. Didn't find that right away either. There was 2 doors there and the first one was locked. I tried the 2nd and it was the stairs. Again Signs should have been there also. The rooms themselfs were very nice and clean. That was the only good thing.

we were put into a room that was not cleaned, then moved and told that they would comp our parking fees for the inconvenience. Then upon check-out was told that they cant comp the parking. on the day we were checking out, one of their staff was walking up and down the halway knocking on dorrs at 9 am for the people that were to be checking out when check-out wasn't until 11am. The elevators were out of use due to construction, it was just a mess.

As soon as we arrived to the hotel room, it smelled like cigarette. We let the front desk know and they sent someone (housekeeping) to spray a cleaning fragrance but he was super rude and disrespectful (he told my husband we were smoking when clearly we just had made the check in). Next day same situation, I let the front desk I needed more of that fragrance when my room got cleaned but it didn’t happen, so when we arrived at night, the same housekeeper told us the same; he said we had been smoking AGAIN! The hotel is being remodeled so it’s chaos! The "to go" breakfast is trash (water bottle, apple juice and a muffin). Also the parking is crazy expensive (like fifty bucks). If you’re thinking you’re getting a good deal… YOU ARE NOT! Not nice staff, lousy breakfast, super expensive parking and the rooms smell bad. Get a better place to stay for the same price!

Arrived and coild not park my lifted truck. I had called ahead of time and was told they had valet parking, not true. So when i arrived i was told sorry but we don't have anywhere to park your vehicle. I had to go next door to starbucks and pay them to get a pass to allow me to leave my trusk there. The room was dirty. And there is noise all hours of the night. Will not ever stay there ever again Very disappointed in
