Disappointing Stay Due to Faulty Heater and Noise
I booked this hotel for its proximity to the Cruise Port, reserving two months in advance. While the price was high—likely due to the Thanksgiving period—I didn't mind paying for convenience. However, my experience was far from ideal. The room was freezing, and the heater didn’t work properly. I was traveling with my two young children, ages 8 and 2. Around midnight, the temperature began to drop, and despite turning the heater on, it blew cold air. The motor was also very loud, adding to the discomfort. To make things worse, there was noise from other machines around the hotel property. After an hour of this, the room got even colder. I called the front desk for help, and they advised me to turn off the heater to prevent the room from cooling further. No one came to inspect it. By morning, my infant had developed a runny nose and was crying from 4 a.m. We were concerned because we had a cruise check-in that day, but our baby’s health made it difficult to decide what to do. We rushed to urgent care, where the doctor confirmed the cold temperatures had caused the symptoms. If the room had been properly maintained, this wouldn’t have happened. The noise from the heater and other hotel equipment ruined our sleep, leaving us exhausted. The rest of our cruise was disappointing, and I regret not choosing another hotel for our stay.

This is the worst Hilton ever.
Rooms were not available until after 6pm. Unacceptable. Staff was ill-trained. Worst "Hilton" I've ever stayed in. I remember the Las Vegas Hilton was the gold standard of middle to upper middle-class hotel stays, and this location should remove the word, Hilton from its title. Beer can was left at the foot of the bed too. I hope many reading this review will choose elsewhere. Not sure what rating system gave this joint 4 stars or 4 diamonds. They must have peculiar standards. Never again

Checking at 4:10 pm and still the room wad not ready, had to wait first in a long line then for the room to be ready. I requested a rolling bed and they gave me a bed with string that you can feel all night!!! Also the parking ($35) was full and very hard to find a spot to park!! I was expecting more from Hilton. Have being an honor member but may skip thia hotel next time

I booked a king bed room and when I arrived I was given a 2 queen bed room when I told the front desk the guy that helped me was very rude since check in because it was really busy and he looked overwhelmed but seemed like he was taking it out on everyone. He basically just told me I either stick with what I got or the only thing they have for me is an accessible room. I took the accessible still being understanding and calm as I know they were already overwhelmed but the whole check in process was bad.
