would like to inform Expedia about Hiltons neglect to provide the room I reserved. Upon check in I arrived at my room to find it was not the balcony room I had reserved. Nor did it have the RR shown in the pictures. I called the desk and was told that was because I had booked 3rd party and did not have priority. The room had gone to direct customers. I asked about the price difference and she said I had been upgraded to a "spa" room.

Outside the hotel looked amazing and high class. The lobby was phenomenal. Parking was horrible though. We got up to our room on the 9th floor and it was all down hill from there. They stopped caring and doing repairs from there on. It looked old, our room was nothing special, the bathroom was literally falling apart. There was mold around the sink, dust and mold around the hose to the toilet, and the vanity under the sink was coming apart and falling off the wall. For how much we paid for this room for one night, this is completely unacceptable. However, I did bring all of this to the front desks attention very kindly and they were apologetic and offered a percentage back. I just still can't believe a Hilton hotel was in this kind of condition and charging $225/night

The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. I really enjoyed my stay. Having the free shuttle to the convention center was a great perk. As far as NYC standards go, walking to the convention center is totally doable.

I was not offered water while I see other guests were. I paid for all day parking but had to drive around being confused and lost trying to find the overflow lot with no signs to direct me, walking at night back to the hotel was scary. There was no conditioner in the shower and 1 bar soap for 3 people. Who still used bar soap it’s so in sanitize to share. The bathroom door was not working correctly and there’s a big crack on the bathroom sink.

Our stay was okay. Nothing great nor bad. We got there almost 2 hours after check-in and our room wasn’t ready so that sucked. But the actual room was fine. Good size, comfy bed, tiny balcony, and pretty quiet. Would stay again.
