The 2Q roll-in shower room on the 10th floor is THE GOLD STANDARD OF ACCESSIBLE HOTEL ROOMS. ALL HOTELS ROOMS NEED TO BE BUILT LIKE THIS. If you are a wheelchair ♿️ user, room 1021 is THE room you want. I am telling you. I cried tears of joy when I saw the kick switch by the door (on both the outside and inside). You know how usual hotel room doors are heavy? No problem here. THANK YOU HILTON FOR THIS DOUBLE-SIZED ROOM. So excellent of you to think of the disabled community.

$27 / day for parking is steep. The parking staff was very nice, but cant really say the same for the check-in (placed on hold for a long time) or diner staff ( I waited and waited for someone to take my order, but never came and I ended up leaving). This is not a cheap place to stay but runs like on I will be returing to Pasadena often, but more than likely look else place to stay.

I arrived in LAX around 9am, by the time I made it to the hotel around 10:30/11am, it was still too early for check in, but fortunately, they had a room ready and allowed me to check in early.

An Amazing Experience
My wife and I, had the best stay at the Hilton! From the check in, bar, velet all staff were very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and very cozy. The view was also an awesome sight! I will always recommend the stay here. I can't wait to stop by again for another vacation!

I stayed at this property for at least 10 nights over the past month or so. I won't be returning though because of their rigid refund policy. I had inadvertantly double booked myself on the last night of my recent stay. Unaware that I had 2 bookings, I'd checked out using the Hilton app and thought everything was accounted for. I was shocked to receive a bill for a night that I did not stay at the hotel and I requested a refund, which was denied. This added stress to an already stressful time, as I was traveling due to a family emergency.
