Terrible stay. First night guy was beating up on his wife. Your hotel did nothing. They later after two calls called the police but they never came. The walls are paper thin. Then the following night the same couple were fighting. Finally we’re asked to leave. I was told I would get a credit of $116 but when I checked out the guy at the desk screwed me over put it on the hotels.com which doesn’t give me my money back he should have given me that credit on the first night when I arrived early for the terrible experience I got. Now I didn’t get a credit. He was soooo rude and said just call account it’s not my problem. Y’all treat women like trash. You allow men to beat up on women then I get treated terrible. Hilton sure has gone down. I would appreciate someone would actually give me my credit and not lie. If someone who is nice could call me that would be great. Did hotels.com steal my credit? How does the credit get back to my card?

Tired Hotel
The front desk representative was helpful, but the hotel is tired and smells of smoke & weed. The room is aged but for the cost, can't expect it to be more than it was. Security doors are broken on both floors and the room I stayed in has a walk-in shower where water leaks onto the floor and the wooden floor weeps out water when you walk on it.

I stay at a lot of hotels for work and I hate when the bed and pillows ruin a good nights sleep. And the pillows were PERFECTLY FLUFFY and accommodating for my neck and the mattress was so comfortable for my back. I got a perfect night’s rest before a long day of work!

The hotel was nice, the room was an ADA room (#915) the bed was terrible, hard and uncomfortable. Felt worn out. The walls were very thin, we could hear the TV next door & people conversing while waiting at the elevator. 3 hrs of sleep, left at 8am exhausted.

This was my first experience, I booked through Expedia . Was not made aware that there would be a parking fee ! Had left our room the first wake-up at 6:30am got back at 5:30 pm only to find that my room needed towels, was not Vacuumed, & bed sheets were Wet . They did change them took about 45 minutes. The personnel were kind . Just felt attention to my room was Very Poor I was given credit for 3 days Valet Parking I plan on giving them another chance , as my Son has moved down there & we plan on visiting him every 2-3 months . Again was not totally Impressed or Upset everyone Deserves a second chance
