i was so tired the lady was nice but only one person. so it took a very long time. at night there was so many of slamming of doors and the appliances were so loud that we couldn’t sleep. Literally shaking and vibrating the room so hard i couldn’t get a good rests because it kept on going on and off. place was clean tv was regular not much to say very expensive for 250 plus 25 dollar parking probably won’t go here again unless it was real cheap

Beautiful hotel, very clean, very convenient and a very safe and comfortable area! Our room was great after a long day out at the parks, Americana at Brand is super close by and you can walk there in the evenings for some shopping and food! 10/10, I would love staying here again.

Family trip to universal studios
Very nice hotel, very close to the galleria 5 mins away and universal studios approximately 15 mins if no traffic, otherwise more than 25 mins with traffic. The cleaning was okay but could have been better, trash inside the sofa bed when we opened it to use it. Got a dirty or stained towel which smelled really bad. Other than that everything else was great. The free breakfast was perfect for my family before going to universal studios. Very professional and friendly service.

The only thing I didn't like was that the shower water pressure was not that good and the breakfast is the same every morning other than that, I would definitely stay at that location again
