I liked mostly everything. Staff were very helpful and kind. My only complaint is that the beds were very old and uncomfortable. We struggled sleeping because of back pain from mattress.

This is the third annual time that I stay here. The first room they gave us smell like smoke. They did give us another room that one as well have a strange odor and the AC didn't work they did send up a guy to fix it .The carpet walking up to the room was absolutely disgusting. But the most horrible thing about our stay was we were awakened about 1:30 with the room next door having a party I called the front desk and I was told that they already had a report of it and that the guests had left and I told him the party is still going on .They did send up security and they immediately turned down the music when security left they still were playing music they eventually left about 2:00 by this time my sleep was Disturbed and I had an early morning 6-hour drive home not happy with my stay this time not at all.

The property is under renovation so my assessment of the facilities will be temporary - but the rooms are in rough shape. The furniture is very worn out, the everything is very dated, lights need to be changed, my shower had a slow drain. I would describe everything else as average. This is a low-to-mid-range hotel and so I expected a low-to-mid-range experience.
