I called for a ride from airport to hotel 3 times. We waited 1 1/2 hrs. Keys to both rooms didn’t work had to go back to front desk. Not a pleasant stay. Will never stay at holiday inn again. Very unhappy

The hotel is nice, hotel staff are friendly. The area beyond the parking lotbis sketchy. Bt youre in LA, a lot of shady areas. Over all the hotel is a nice place to stay.
