The property was great! We enjoyed our 2 day stay there. The place does have an old smell but it is historical. Other than that, everything was great and clean, staff was welcoming and friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious! Would come back again!

This place was great, they upgraded me to a nicer room when I got there, I did not pay for parking because there was a lot of free street parking on gramercy, vintage hotel with a lot of charm!

A great hotel with excellent, helpful staff. Good room size and facilities. Area around the hotel isn’t the nicest and wasn’t great to wander around at night time but overall a positive experience.

We love staying at Hollywood Historic anytime we're visiting LA. The staff is super friendly, especially Michael who has the best jokes! The rooms have an old fashion charm and are always very clean and comfortable.

Historicaly charming.
This is an historic location. The photos in the hallways are very fun. The lobby is really lovely. And desk clerk was friendly. Love that they offer free to read and keep books available, too. The room itself was spacious compared to the lav.While it has been updated, the bathroom was tiny. Literally would not be accessible to a morbidly obese guest. The bed was comfy, but the street noise made it challenging to get a good rest. We were just overnight after a concert at Catalina Jazz, so not a bad deal. Lyft ride was 6 minutes.

Nice, convenient stay
Staff was delightful, including great travel tips. This is a historic building so rooms are small, but space is well used. No central air or heating. I struggle with sleep given a window unit, but that isn't a universal issue. Parking is not free, but convenient. Bed was comfortable.
