Everyone was so kind and helpful.
I was on a business trip and had two large packages of samples sent to the hotel for my presentation. The staff was so nice and helpful. The bellhop even helped us get them to the Post Office to ship back.

Excellent breakfast downstairs. The kitchenette in the room was awesome. I was unhappy that it was unclear when reserving the room that the hotel ONLY has VALET parking, NO self parking. Not only did it add $31/ day to our hotel cost, all those tips really ate into our cash on hand.
