We stayed here as a family visiting universal studios. It was a great spot, easy to get to the park. The hotel was quiet and comfy. If we ever trek back for another visit, we will be sure to stay here!

Stayed at this hotel not too long ago. Decent hotel with onsite parking, restaurant (check hours as they do not match) and handicap accessible. Other restaurants in walking distance too. Had a suite with sofabed which was extremely small! Good size room with tv in bedroom and living room. Ordered food through Doordash and had no issues. I did not get a chance to use other amenities. Plenty of storage space. I called for room service the following morning and they left me on hold for over 30 minutes. I hung up and called back and they did not answer the phone for so long. I had to call the front desk and they took my order and walked it over to the restaurant - I have never had to do this before at a hotel. They finally answered the phone and acknowledged that they received my order which they did not charge me for. Probably would not stay here again.
