This is the first time I’ve given less than a 5 star review, but it’s also the first time I’ve met someone like the man who checked us in. It was like he went out of his way to be frustrating. Decent location. Decent facilities. A bit over priced compared to other stays we’ve had in this area, and neither breakfast nor internet were included. Overall I simply can’t recommend.

The jetted tub was cracked on the inside very unsafe unsanitary terrible experience the hotel doesn’t smell all that great I would not recommend this hotel to any one it actually felt like a motel.

check in was not great. khalid first told us that we had no reservation. then after calling someone he found it. he assigned us a room and we went down to the parking garage to get our things where he had come down to find us and let us know he had to change the room. so we had to go back to the lobby with our belongings to get new keys for a different room. there’s a qr code in the room to order food or drinks but it didn’t work so i called the front desk but there was no answer. i went down to the front desk and was told they do not have room service and you have to get things from the lobby. the room was very much smaller than i expected. but the bed was really nice.

Refused Refund
We requested a walk-in shower and not bathtub. The hotel got it backwards and would not accommodate the request when we got there. We checked in for about an hour and decided to go to another hotel. Hotel Hermosa refused to refund us the stay even though they failed to provide us a room with a walk-in shower. Very disappointed and would not recommend this hotel.

The location was nice. Close to shops and the beach. The bed was too soft for me and it was pretty noisy. Can hear the street cars. Also the pool tables were really dated.
