This is my third time staying here. But it will also be my last. I stayed 20 minutes past check-out (12:20pm) and despite my pleas, the front desk agent said they would need to charge me $25, then changed it to $45. I'm sorry but there are plenty of hotels in the area that believe in delivering a positive customer experience.

Had to change my room twice because there was no hot water . I spent my evening switching rooms and couldn’t really enjoy the hotel. The staff and the hotel was beautiful all around but not having hot water was not a great experience .
