Stayed here for a volleyball tournament in Nov. Everything was great, except there was no laundry room to take advantage of so I had to live with stinky boy smell the whole time. Other than that the hotel was great and it was perfect walking distance to the convention center as well as food options.

The hotel was located in an ideal location for sightseeing, and easily walkable distance to restaurants and a grocery store maybe 2 blocks away. We were out walking at night and felt safe. The inside of the hotel is very clean and the front desk is manned by employees who buzz you into the building. Once you check in, you have to use your room key to scan the elevator to get to your floor. The only way to get from one floor to the next or back to the lobby, you have to scan your room key. That is an excellent safety feature for single travelers or families with children. So basically, the people in the hotel are more likely registered guests and not someone who walked off the street. My sister and I stayed here for 1 night November 13th before catching the Carnival cruise and we were very pleased and satisfied with the hotel experience. I would stay here again without hesitation.
