The restaurant had a very limited menu and when I went to order food, they were out of almost half of the items. There were only a handful of very basic things actually available.

If you are booking for the “free” airport shuttle AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!! We were in the shuttle pick area by 8:15 and finally at 10:15 we paid for an Uber. We needed to go back to the airport for a 6 am flight the next day and were told the “free” shuttle at that time of day would be $15 per person. Plus, we were charged $50 to check in before 3:00. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! We flew in for game 2 of the World Series which was a last minute decision. Most hotels were booked. I understand why this one wasn’t!

Property was further to lax than expected, not much around. Pull out sofa be was horrible even for a child to sleep in. All mattresses seems to be a tad concave. For Hyat I would think mattresses would be better. Choi’s and Best western have better beds. Won’t stay again for that reason alone.

Hotel Room was amazingly clean and put together, but unfortunately being on the first floor and near an exit door wasn’t the best place for me not getting enough rest. But I would book again, just on the top floor.
