The staff is very professional clean, helpful, friendly, positive. It's worth it just for the excellent breakfast buffet included with the room. The pool is really nice and relaxing with plenty of comfortable towels and cabanas. The fitness room and view in the fitness room are great. It was a completely relaxing vacation inside a vacation. The room was very comfortable with good beds and wonderful bathroom/shower. I have to say that I was impressed and pleased far beyond my expectations.

This property is convenient to LAX and provides a shuttle there and back.There is a restaurant, which has a pricey all you-can-eat buffet; however, we ordered from the menu, which was reasonable and the food was good. Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable.

Very convenient location. Desk person, Esmeralda, was super helpful and kind. My only suggestion would be to have a place where you could get snacks and the like 24/7. We came back around midnight and there was nothing for us to get in the hotel. Also, adding the option of something like chocolate powder in the room would be great!

The Hyatt is a wonderful option near LAX airport. The front desk was very kind in providing some extra water and efficiently checked me in. The room is very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. The shuttle is every 20 minutes so you will not wait long to get your ride to the hotel which takes 10 minutes. It is very quiet despite being so close to the airport.

The hotel and staff were great. It is right across from the airport so very convenient. LA has a huge homeless problem which is no fault of the hotel, but it was everywhere.
