Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Plenty of free parking. Breakfast was ok, unfortunately no bacon. Room was clean, however A/C fan turns off after 5 min. We’ve stayed at this property before and had the same A/C issue in the previous room. It’s frustrating when trying to sleep at night, room will be cool for 5 minutes, then warm with stagnant air the rest of the time.

Convenient to Cal Poly Pomona. Check in was reported on Expedia as 3:00. Property stated in an email check in is at 4:00. Property wanted $30 to check in early at 1:00. Charged $5 for parking in an area that isn't busy. Not allowed to cancel reservations like at other properties I've booked on Expedia. So basically they want to nickel and dime you. Odd sulfur smell from the sink water. Room was clean and bed was good. WiFi was unreliable. I might consider another property if I need to stay near campus again but would do this one again if necessary.

We had to catch our flight and left at 4 AM this area is poorly lit. Front desk area not well lit. The long car outside for security does not feel secure. The rooms are not maintained. I am not questioning the building being old but it had a musky smell throughout the 3rd floor as well as in the common areas. Floor base boards are all dusty throughout the area as well as in the rooms and bathroom. Floors seems only vacuumed within the rooms, hallways are not cleaned. Smell a combo of sweat, feet and musky wet clothes. Cleanliness is not present at all. I do not recommend this place at all.
