Listen, so the hotel is worth the price. It’s inexpensive, and there isn’t anything comparable in the area. The motel looks scary from the outside, but on the inside it has been completely remodeled and is nice-ish. Some work needs to be done on sound proofing, and our room wasn’t the cleanest (big crumbs on the tray holding the ice bucket, a single hair in the shower). Pics of the exterior need to be updated because they’re def not real. The area is not nice in that the dilapidated hotel next door has people maybe squatting at it, but the property itself is okay. It also has locked underground parking which is a huge plus. This place isn’t fancy, but it’s secure.

In a non smoking floor all you smelt was weed. Parties what seemed like locals at different hours of the night The elderly cleaning lady was great and attentive. The young lady at the front desk super nice! And so was the property manager

Good distance from Venice, but the area was extremely noisy. The door to the room allowed both light and noise to easily come through to the room. Could easily hear people coming in and out of their rooms. The room was relatively clean on the inside and had both a mini fridge and microwave. There is no special entry to come in so anyone could come up the stairs at anytime and be at your room. That didn’t make me feel the safest. Honestly pretty good for the price, but probably wouldn’t come back. Would spend a little bit more to feel slightly safer and maybe a bit quieter.

I was happy to find this nice little property conveniently located near our son in Santa Monica. The secure locked garage, easy in and out was great. Our room was clean and quiet. Remodeled bathroom and seating area in our room was fine. It was also quiet, which was a plus on a busy street. However, l’m still a little surprised there was no hairdryer in the room. SO bring your own I guess. Also, it’s a good thing my husband is recovered from surgery since we had to carry our bags up two flights from the garage. There was no elevator. Still a good place for the price. Just: bring your own hairdryer, and be prepared for stairs.

We arrived and were somewhat skeptical to the outside looking of the hotel, and questioned if we really wanted to stay there. But once inside, everything was perfect: Staff were super customer friendly, very security oriented, and helpful by all means. Room was excellent and had all we needed plus. Very convenient and safe car parking in garage. Highly recommended.

At night a girl from reception said there is no tea or coffee at all, they never provide such services I must buy in 7 eleven shop about 15 minutes away. In the morning another girl from reception said coffee and tea is included.

Comfortable and decent.
It was comfortable, a one night stay before a competition, we were rested and satisfied with our accommodations. We got a good deal for that weekend, this place is not always as afordable as deal we got thi time.
