This should be a nice house and has potential to be that, but there are significant issues with the owners/property managers and with security, safety and cleanliness.
We went there for a family Thanksgiving, but the experience wasnʻt great. After getting hounded to fill out pool waivers - which we did -- we found out the pool wasnʻt heated and that was not disclosed as it should have been; pool was ice cold and we didn't use it. They failed to let us know that we couldnʻt get in at the check-in time of 4 pm. b/c prior guests had trashed the place -- found the cleaners still there as surprised owners had told us theyʻd need more time as they asked them to do. Didnʻt get in till 7 pm and tho we eventually got apology and offer to pay for our dinner, it has not been paid. Had to buy our own pots/pans b/c the ones in the unit were unusable, also no paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags, coffee, etc. When we opened oven to cook Thanksgiving dinner found pans filled with oily grease. 2 of the 3 showers had malfunctioning shower heads. Security issues in that 2 sliding doors were unlockable and safety issue with pool gate which requires force to close -- not safe for kids. The "game room" in the garage is dirty and musty - spent no time there. Some of the improvements were nice, but some clearly done on the cheap. Walls need paint and there are small holes in drywall throughout. Bath towel badly stained. Could go on, but you get the drift.
