Beautiful hotel! Room was clean, beds comfortable. Mini fridge in room is always a plus. Beautifully decorated for the holidays. FYI, if there on NYE, take your pix of the holiday decorations-they were taking everything down on NY’s morning!

Safe, interesting hotel during fire
Gran historic hotel. Rooms a little musty, but comfortable. Gay facilities good. Pool lacked walking surface about it made me feel very unsteady. No jacuzzi-style spa. Nice dry sauna. Dining room very nice with great service. TV in room hard to navigate.

Biltmore staff are the best!
The hotel was great. Really appreciative of the folks working during the chaos and smoke of the wildfires and Santa Ana winds. The workers (front desk, housekeeping, restaurant, bellman) were fantastic and generous.

The property is outdated, you can hear everything through the walls, you can hear the next door bathrooms shower, flush the toilet, wash their hands, everything to a point that it wakes you up, my first room smelled so they moved me to another "newer" room which was the same age room not renovated or anything, and it was a smaller room although I had paid for a bigger room but no mention or offer of any sort of refund or compensation even though I didn't receive what I paid for. Unreal how insensitive the management team was while people were trying to evacuate from fires after losing their homes. I asked if they can do anything due to the inconvenience like even partially waive my parking fee and he just shrugged and said there's nothing we can do. Nice to know that they ownership and management is happy to take advantage of people when they're at their ultimate low point going through devastating situations.
