• Ceiling fans adjustable speed with dimmable light and remote control in each bedroom.
• The apartment is only a few miles inland from the beach so it stays much cooler than other parts of the city. The ample windows create a nice cross breeze with ceiling fans. A portable AC is at your choice.
• Linens, warm blankets, walk-in closet, desk with lamp.

KITCHEN:
• A remodeled kitchen featuring a center dinning area with two bar stools, a refrigerator, microwave, gas cooktop and everything you might need.
• There is a selection of cookware, stemware, flatware, seasonings and other cooking essentials.

PARKING:
***Parking #1 facing the Electricity Panel is Reserved.****
Four Parking spots in the backyard, access by Alley. Street parking is free, please do read the signs for street sweeping days. Guests are responsible for their own cars.

Lastly, please keep the space in the same condition as you check-in. NO STAINS on the bed sheets and sofa. It's really hard to remove the stains, we probably have to throw away the beddings. That's even worse for sofa. It's not our purpose to give a fine to our guests, please help us to maintain the cleanness.
