Tuve una mala experiencia, solicité limpieza diaria en mi cuarto y la primera noche que regresamos muy tarde, el cuarto estaba tal como lo dejamos, camas destendidas, basura, comida ya echada a perder desde la mañana, toallas sucias. Eran las 11 pm y la solución q nos dieron fue darnos sábanas limpias para que nosotros mismos hagamos las camas. No acepté y pedí q me cambiaran a otro cuarto. Así que a esa hora tuvimos que empacar todo y mudarnos. No puedo explicar que fue lo q sucedió, pero al otro día mis hijos amanecieron con piquetes en todo el cuerpo del colchón donde durmieron en la habitación a donde nos cambiaron. mi experiencia fue terrible. No me gustó el olor en los cuartos ni en los pasillos. El costo de valet es una exageración, no regresaría.

First of all, I would like to say that this hotel is amazing and very centrally located. We stayed in a Deluxe King Suite (room 500) which came with our own little private balcony. At night we would sit on the balxomy and have dinner overlooking the views of the city. How spectacular is that as this is what dreams are made of!!! We were also celebrating two birthdays and we got a wonderful bottle of bubbly as well as a wonderful tray of fruit. Thank you for making both birthdays 🎂 very special it was very much appreciated!!! I would definitely recommend this hotel as it is in a very safe neighborhood not to mention it is centrally located. If i could rate this hotel ten stars i would.

Great stay with the kids
Having an suite room with kids was great. It was my son's birthday when we visited and Austin and Erin arranged a plate of freshly baked cookies to be delivered and some fizz for me as a treat. Austin, Erin and Hector were especially fantastic but everyone at the hotel was great. Thanks for a great stay.

Clean, with comfoartable bed, pillows, warm shower with good pressure (same for faucets), small kitchenette but functional, and AC, the room was nicely decorated and very comfortable. Staff were consistently polite, cheerful, and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The service attitude was terrible. The neighbors had a party at night, and it was very noisy. There was no room service provided during the day unless I need to request ahead. When we checked out, they charged us many extra fees, like City Worker Protection Fee, urban Ameritiles Fee.....

I stayed here while recovering from surgery. The room was large with a balcony and kitchenette so it felt more like an apt rather than one room hotel. The staff were very responsive and friendly. The location was great and walkable. I would definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed my stay at the Montrose! I was upgraded which was a nice treat and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s too bad the restaurant is closed right now, but the food itself as room service was delicious. The pool is cute and it’s especially nice in the afternoon when the bar is open and the music is playing. A great place to stay!
