I got locked in the bathroom door and then the tv was busted out they changed me rooms and then the room they put me in had no a/c or heat and my dog almost chocked on an earring she found on the floor inside the room will not be going back!!

No fridge in the rooms no coffee offered in front desk homeless person knocked at my door midnight asking to come inside because she was cold I said no offer her a blanket told her talk front desk for help that was a little scary other than that I stayed 2 nights room service check if i was leaving on my last day night but not once offered me clean towels or toilet paper the extra night i had go to office asked for it.

Most of the staff was rude and I didn't like that. But the last few days I did encounter one staff member that was actually nice and very helpful. I think her name was Sabrina. I just know it started with an S. She was the most helpful nice employee this location has. She works the night shift.
