The property was not the same as advertised. It looks way better in the pictures. Although the staff was very generous, I was mislead. This was a motel and not a hotel or suite like advertised.

Very clean, every amenity available, clean and operational. Best feature: awesome espresso coffee machine in the lobby with very good coffee. Exterior sidewalks could be cleaner and/or refurbished.

It wasnt like the pictures and it wasnt safe at all. Alot of drug addicts around the hotel. Breakfast didnt have anything no milk, pancakes or waffles.

I would like they change the beds. They can get uncomfortable. Also the pillows are not quite as comfortable as well. I like they a have a big smartv!

Horrible stay
The room was disgusting when we arrived. The sheets didn't look clean neither did the towels. The tub didn't work to use the jets either, and that's one of the reasons why I wanted that hotel.

Room doesnt even match the pictures, toilet paper holder falling off the wall, there was a crack in the bathroom door bcuz it looks like it was repaired but glued and screwed back together, the male front desk guy so rude. Bed was sinking in, headboard was dirty, their sheets had stains it was clean but still noticeable stains.
