Place is a former homeless facility. Although convenient for the cruise port, it is a dive. Smoke was overwhelming even in nonsmoking rooms. Staff tried but can’t do much with the shape it is in.

The complete property, including hallways and rooms were filthy. Mold was everywhere in the bathroom, including the ceiling and floors. The health department needs to close this place down!

The front desk staffers were very very nice and they were doing their best but the building is outdated so bad and their vending machine was broken. Smell so bad around the halls and etc but once again the front desk and housekeeping were so nice 🙏🙏🙏🙏

We had very bad hotel stay experience, we woke up by bedbugs, we took photos and videos. Although we had changed the room by request, but we worried about bedbugs whole night, we could not get good sleep. We request to get compensation for this night stay in this hotel. Thank you for your time

The hotel is a little dated but who cares since it is pretty clean for an older building (I'm guessing it is from the 1980s). The Green Onion Mexican Restaurant is right around the corner and open pretty late. It seems to be the only restaurant within a few blocks, but it has good food at a reasonable price. Stayed here overnight before a cruise. I think the Princess Cruise dock is about a couple miles away but Carnival is on the other side of the port about 6 or 7 miles away.

Dirty, not cleaned, horrible condition, lock bolt for safety is insisted on door. Good lord I went to another hotel cause it was sooo bad. Didn’t stay for 10 mins.

Location, location
Fabulous location, directly across the road from the LA Maritime Museum and a 10 minute walk to the International Cruise Terminal and the Battleship Iowa. There is no restaurant at the hotel, but plenty close by. The hotel is a little run down and could do with a little TLC especially the beds.

Old and and dirty the carpets are very dirty, the bathrooms are old and cracked pieces on the tub dirty floors and broken air conditioners, filthy ceilings and curtains are falling off in one of the rooms. We have three rooms definitely not a place to stay more than one night. Booked for location to cruise port.

Although web pictures look good, the property does not look like that in person. Very old property, room smells like mold. No safety windows. No breakfast, no covers on electrical outlets. Charge for overnight parking.

The staff was nice, check in/check out process was easy and location was super close to the cruise port but the building is pretty outdated. Everything was old, smelled old like an old smoking motel, and there was a roach in the bathroom and one in the main sleeping area. The sheets was dirty as well. I didn’t bother asking for new ones since it was only for 1 night. It was definitely a long night since I’m terrified of bugs..

Missing towel racks, no hangers, sink had several cracks, mattress super stained, hallway stunk. Liked it had vinyl floor otherwise I am sure the carpet would have been gross. My family members had other rooms that were in much worse shape.
