There was a big, red stain on the carpet near the foot of the bed. There was hair and flecks of feces on the bathroom wall near the toilet. These issues shouldn’t be in place when charging people for a stay. Just clean the whole room properly and change the carpeting if a huge red stain won’t come out.

Overall, it was not too bad, but our bathroom had a really strong dirty smell to it and the quality of our main door felt unsafe like the locks were loose and not very secure. And the walls were pretty thin you can hear everything from right outside.

Loved the layout of room, staff were amazing & attentive. Breakfast was also good. When I’m looking for a hotel to stay in, I look for a fridge, microwave and a pool because I have arthritis and need to use to help me keep moving. When I got to LA, I found out pool was not heated. They might as well have not even had a pool 😢

Ehh don’t get the jacuzzi room.
Well we got the jacuzzi room and when we went to use it black particles were coming out of the jets. So it’s not being cleaned properly. The morning of checkout the shower handle was broken had to call maintenance. So we had to check out late. Water temp was scolding hot then would get very cold. I also checked out on friday morning the 25th and still the 100 deposit hasn’t been released.

I loved everything until one of your staff stole my credit card. I had a purse in my luggage with my credit cards in it that never left the room. And when I landed Discover said my card had been used and I told them no my cards in my luggage and when I opened it up sure enough the card was missing
