The room was a nice suite, couch, comfy chair, tv with apps to log into. Great. A microwave in the room would have made it just about perfect.The area around the hotel cannot be helped. It is a good location for the commute to DTLA, but it is just like LA for dirt, homelessness, graffiti, trash all over. Good value for money, would beexcelltent if there was a pool or gym facilities.

코리아타운에 위치하고 있어 가까운 한식 맛집이 많음. 호텔 1층 피자집과 호텔 옆건물 한식집이 맛집으로 사람이 많음. 사람이 많아서 다소 시끄러울 수 있으나 그만큼 치안은 안전하고 도보로 선농단이나 랄프, H마트 이용가능한 등 위치 매우 좋고, LA 주요 관광지와 대체로 다 거리가 가까움

The property is super old and worn down, the air just smells bad and old. The walls have chipped paint, the bathtub is chipped, the air conditioning is insanely loud. There were hairballs in the linens and in the bed when we arrived.

Great Koreatown location.

Front desk unfriendly and no help
In town for a couple Dodger games. Good location with lots of food options near by. Hotel was clean but our room was in rougher physical shape with paint chipped and rubbed off the walls, shower was leaky and had lots of chips. Service was not great. Check in clerk was excellent and friendly. However the next day person was awful. My pick up was too larger for the lower parking lot so we asked if she knew of any other overnight parking options. Very gruffly she would only say “parking is your responsibility…not ours.” She just very uncourteously kept repeating g that. We were just looking for ideas but she obviously couldn’t be bothered. We figured it out on our own no thanks to her.

Hotel was good. We were there for a concert at the Wiltern and this was the perfect location. We walked around Koreatown during the day and found great restaurants around. The front desk staff were very nice when we asked for more coffee and didn't have cash to pay for some waters. The room was nice and clean (if dated), the ac worked super well once it was on. We left it on while we went shopping and came back to a wonderfully cool room. I would stay here again.

Honestly, this stay was better than what I thought it was going to be. The beds were nice and always made for us. The room was cleaned everyday. The only down side was how old the tv was. But that didn't stop us from watching it LOL. I think it's an easy fix for the hotel. I will say the outside area of the hotel is not the best looking, BUT that's the city of Los Angeles' fault not the hotel. Loved the stay and also the bathroom was really long and that was nice
