I went to a concert at BMO stadium and stayed here for the night, and it was nice! There’s free parking beneath the hotel and fun shops/restaurants within walking distance. This was a great place to stay.

Moments after I got to the check-in desk I was told I didn't have a reservation. He asked for a receipt and then he managed to find our reservation. Once we got to our room I realized it was not the suite we booked. I told the clerk and he just said we're booked take it up with expedia. The hotel was nice, but the room was messy and not well kept (broken tiles. mold under the sink, dirty floors).

Sink in bathroom barley had any running water room 220. AC didnt work kept turning off so the room was hot, AC unit kept leaking water, our control didn't work no matter the angle, coffee cups smelled bad like rotten, shower curtain wasnt long enough made a mess of water on the floor, they have no breakfast, no coffee maker. There was people screaming outside our window. Wouldn't recommend.

Good area to stay as it is in Koreatown and close to most places. Outside of the hotel looks fine until you walk inside the hotel rooms. Very run down and felt unsafe as there was no security most of the time. Anyone can just walk into the hotel and go into where the rooms are. Walls are paper thin, can hear people next to us talking, coughing and foot steps next door. I can hear when the next door is showering or flushing the toilet. Don’t expect too much, for what it is you have been warned. The free self parking was convenient, same with the mini fridge and microwave. Only stayed here because it was in a good area, but I would not stay here again.

Fecal matter on toilet. Ants everywhere! Contact lenses. Peoples food and beverages in the refrigerator. Walls floors bathrooms look like they’ve never been cleaned. Under the beds were disgusting. We stood at the front desk for 5-10 min before anyone came up to us. And no refund. Terrible
