I was surprised how clean this place was, especially for the price. Bed was comfy. Ample open parking spots when I arrived around 1am. Old but well kept. The last “cheap” place I stayed was sketchy… random noise and traffic at all hours… screen bent (like someone was breaking into window that didn’t lock)… old and run down (poorly maintained)… small roaches everywhere… but hey, you get what you pay for. Royal Inn has got to be the best “super affordable” place I’ve stayed at. I’ll definitely remember this place if in the area again. Would I stay here again… definitely.

we liked the shape of the two-bed unit, it felt more like a house or cabin than a corner hotel room. It was clean and shower good too. however there was no coffee maker, and especially there's nowhere to sit outside and relax. A picnic table with an umbrella? Great room, thank you.
