Located on a safe cul-de-sac in family-friendly Culver City. Our property is located in the highly desirable Carlson Park area of Culver City. This beautiful tree-lined street is walkable to downtown Culver City with many options for restaurants, bars or shopping.

Sunny, Quiet, SPACIOUS Upstairs 4 Bedroom Apartment. Wifi & A/C with a Private backyard area that includes a BBQ, ping-pong table, outdoor dining, and sitting area.

A bright, modern, 2nd floor, air-conditioned, 4 bedroom apartment with 2 full bathrooms. A living room with a 65-inch SMART TV with premium channels and streaming options.
A well-equipped kitchen next to the dining area provides all the comforts of home while on vacation. A group of 8 can eat comfortably upstairs or on the private patio with BBQ. Enjoy the rest of the evening sitting outside by the fire table or playing ping-pong

2 bedrooms have comfortable queen-sized beds, 1 bedroom with a king-sized bed. And 1 bedroom has twin beds. Options for everyone. Large closets in each room with drawers and hangers. Washing machine and dryer on-premises.

Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, cooler and toys are available for our guests. Inquire about our "Deluxe Beach Day" where, for an additional price, guests can spend a day in Malibu , with catered lunch and use of a our parked luxury SUV View as your home base for the day.

We also provide a "Tiki Bar" patio party for guests coming to celebrate a special occasion. For an additional cost, we will create a one of a kind experience with an authentic "tiki-bar" , specialty cocktails and snacks.

Toys, books, games and pack n play portable crib are available for you little ones. For longer visits, a complete children's book library and additional outside today and art materials will be provided.

Wonderful stay!
Our group of 7 had a great stay at Angela & Marten's place in Culver City. The location was perfect for us, and it's a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The house was clean and comfortable. We liked having the courtyard to hang wetsuits and towels after the beach. The way the house is laid out was perfect for us as well: two bedrooms and a bathroom to one end, and two bedrooms and a bathroom on the other end. No one had to go into anyone's room to use the bathroom which was great. Angela and Marten are super friendly and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Extremely Pleasant!
This property was perfect for our short trip. It felt like home away from home- very tidy, quaint, and quiet, yet it was close to several places we wanted to visit, including the beach. The host made everything very comfortable and easy, from coordinating and answering questions before the trip to our arrival and stay. We were so grateful for their hospitality!

Wedding in California

Highly Recommend - A Special Place
We truly lucked out on this wonderful property. We were amazed at the amount of space - so comfortable and bright - that allowed us to work, gather at the table, and relax outdoors in front of the fire pit. The hosts thought of everything -- kitchen, bath, and even beach needs were taken care of. And, the location is perfect. It was nice to have shops and Culver City overlook within walking distance. Driving to the beach and other spots was super easy. On top of all that, the hosts were incredibly gracious and such a delight to meet.

During our recent work trip to LA, we had the pleasure of staying in an area that I'm intimately familiar with, having lived in LA before. I can confidently affirm that this neighborhood stands out for its safety, even when compared to other reputedly safe locales in the city. Its location is unbeatable, offering easy access to both Beverly Hills and West Hollywood, as well as to the picturesque beaches that define the LA coastline. A leisurely stroll takes you directly into the heart of Culver City, a vibrant hub where a plethora of restaurants, shops, and a cinema await to enrich your stay. Our hosts were the epitome of hospitality, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and fulfilling. Their friendliness and eagerness to assist significantly enhanced our experience. Considering how perfectly this place matched its listing and exceeded our expectations, I'm compelled to award it a resounding 10 out of 10. Our stay was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the remarkable combination of location, safety, and unmatched hospitality.

Fantastic!
The hosts were amazing, communication easy and reliable. Special touches included flowers, beverages and snacks. Plus, toiletries in the bathrooms. Rooms were tastefully decorated and comfortable. Everything was wonderful: one of the best places we have stayed! Thank you and we hope to come back again!
