Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home. Walking distance to the downtown area. Plenty of restaurants and shops.

Enjoy the entire home to yourself. Park up to 4 cars on the driveway.

I understand guest want their privacy. I am a text / phone call away.

Safe middle class neighborhood. You will enjoy the sight and sound of families walking their pets in the evening.

One block away from the Glendora Down Town. Plenty of restaurants and things to do.
HOUSE RULES:

1) Arriving at the home with more guests than you booked, including babies and small children, violates the House Rules. If you arrive with more guests than you booked, the reservation must be changed to reflect the proper number of guests before you will be allowed to check-in.

2) Check in is anytime after 4pm, please communicate your arrival time. Please don't arrive early without prior notice we have agreed on early check-in and the early check-in fee was paid.

3) No smoking in the house.

4) No eating in the bedrooms

5) No parties / No events

6) No illegal activity, this includes marijuana. The smell is horrible!

7) Please don't walk around in the home with your shoes on. Please take them off when waking throughout the home.

8) All Pets have to be approved first. Not all pets are welcome. There is an extra cleaning fee based on the size of the pet, length of stay, and amount of pets. If pets are approved, pets are not allowed on the Furniture and beds. Please clean up your pets mess. Don’t leave it for the next guest.

9) This is a quiet neighborhood, so guests are expected to enjoy the peaceful environment. Nothing loud that will disturb the neighbors. Quite hours are from 9pm-7am.

10) Please leave the place neat and clean before leaving. This includes taking out the trash during your stay, and before checking out. Please wash any dishes that you use. Place all towels in the shower.

great location and house
I loved the details of this property. I appreciated having all your basics to get started with cleaning, toiletries, and even laundry. The hand soap is branded so it was a nice touch. The location is close to downtown Glendora and easy to access on foot. Overall great stay and look forward to booking again.

Perfect fit
Glendora Village is a great place to stay. Walking distance to a beautiful downtown area with coffee shops, restaurants and shops. Glendora is awesome, such an amazing town on Rte 66! We'd stay there again for sure!
