Hotel is under construction. Not a big deal, I get it. Sooner or later they all need an upgrade. They should disclose this when booking. Rooms are ok at best. They need an upgrade forsure. A/C in room is super noisy. Bathrooms are small, shower heads are too low. (Im not a tall person BTW). Not many other options in the area but it is what it is I guess.

The stay was good, but they are still under construction so there is that. So there are things strewn about on the lower floor and newer the pool area, one elevator isn't working. The staff were using the elevator so much I had to take the stairs down with my bags. Ehh, life happens but that was my stay.

There was construction going on was a terrible inconvenience. I was told to call the manager which I have tried to contact several times for a refund and nothing. Hasn’t even bothered to call me or contact me

Nowhere in their website says that the hotel is under renovation, the restaurant is a mess. The rooms are old and moldy. It wasn’t a good experience for me. I got there around 4, the guy from the front desk said to me the restaurant was closed but you can call room service, Voice mail full,4:30 still nothing. Call the front desk, different person of course different answer, told me now that restaurant opens at 5:00. I was very surprised to find a Sheraton in such a bad shape.

Overall it served its purpose. A quick stay before we had to depart to the airport. However, we were kept up all night by the AC, and the beds were painfully small. The entire front desk area was under construction and we were unable to purchase snacks and drinks. The front desk staff, and taxi driver, were excellent and I had no complaints.
