The two bedroom, two story unit is one half of a side by side duplex - each with its own address and entrances. The owner lives in the second unit, so you will have easy access to information regarding the property and surrounding neighborhood. The two large bedrooms can easily accommodate a family of five (or more if you're really cozy).
