Super cool hotel with an excellent rooftop restaurant, nice views, and a great attitude. If you’re seeing a show or otherwise want to be downtown cannot recommend highly enough.

The staff were kind and friendly. I was able to check-in early without any issues. I didn’t get to try out the restaurants in the hotel, but the menus seemed appealing. Overall, I would definitely come back.

I had the most amazing stay - from the fresh smells pumped into the elevator to my sit by the pool. The bed was comfortable, the shower was AMAZING, and the whole ambiance of the hotel makes me want to go right back on vacation.

The staff was super friendly, helpful and offered us water cans whenever we needed it. The rooms are clean and nice, but some of the rooms layout is very strange - some are very small, and the sink is right after the main door and not in the shower rooms. In addition, downtown LA at night is not a pleasant place to walk through during the night. Other than that it was a good stay and we enjoyed it.

The suite was shockingly small, though exquisite. Inside, a great sound system greeted my evenings, and the bed wonderful to spend time in- I also loved the rooftop restaurant bar

I’m not sure what others were speaking of in their reviews but this place was awesome the only issue I had had to do with another guest and nothing to do with the hotel itself. Great location…they cleaned my room each day l…pool was small but did the job and the service was great. I will definitely be booking again!

We booked "Biggie" room on Expedia, paid for room & tax and Hotel still charged me for room & tax on my card. It's been 3 days trying to get the error corrected and still haven't received a response. CHECK YOUR FOLIO before leaving the hotel!!! Room is pretty small yet clean and nice. Pet Friendly. Had a decent stay but left a bad taste in my mouth after seeing this billing error. Should be a simple fix, I don't understand why it's taking this long.

Loved my stay, great dining options in the hotel and within walking distance. Room was well designed and beautiful. Rooftop pool was easy to access and stocked with towels and water. Only issue was it was loud Friday late due to bars and DJ music. I used the valet parking $55 for 24 hours. I read there was a cheaper garage nearby. Absolutely would recommend staying here.

The only problem was trying to understand how the lights in the room work. Not the greatest experience with those but a facilities employee came up to help and instruct me. All of the front desk team were awesome- Heather in particular. So helpful, profesh and goddamned nice! How refreshing!!

Stayed here one night so we could go see a concert and I wish we could’ve stayed longer because the property was so cool. The food for breakfast was amazing and it was just a cool, very cool atmosphere.
